Asurion

The internal brand launch event allowed employees to experience and engage with the new Asurion brand

One of the important milestones in the Asurion brand launch plan was the annual leadership meeting held in June. For the event we created an immersive exhibit that walked executive leadership through the story behind the new Asurion brand. There were interactive activities – such as a “selfie station”, 3D glasses, and even a live illustrator to capture leaders’ stories on how they live the brand and experience principles in their roles in one of the visual system’s hero elements.

We also asked each participant to write out their commitment to the new brand, creating an actionable tie and next step for them to own the brand when the launch continued to cascade to employees.

A digital game was created for employees to test and learn the new brand principles, featuring the new illustration style at work.
